  1. Completely filled Visa Application form for Indian citizens traveling to Vietnam for tourism purposes
  2. Valid Passport with a minimum validity of six months beyond the intended period of stay in Vietnam.
  3. Last consecutive six months bank statement of all your accounts with signed and stamped by the banker on each page not older than seven days to demonstrate sufficient funds to cover your stay in Vietnam. It is advisable to have sufficient funds to cover your expenses during your stay in Vietnam. While there is no fixed amount mentioned, it is generally recommended to have a reasonable sum to cover accommodation, meals, transportation, and any other planned activities.
  4. Two copies of recent colored passport-sized photograph not older than three months (Size: 45mm by 35mm) Close up of your head and top of your shoulders so that your face takes up 80% of the photograph in sharp focus, without expressions, with white background without any patterns, with open eyes, without glasses / mask / cap / hat / scarf and with visible ears and properly tied hairs and printed on mate finish paper.
  5. In case of Infant or child the eyes must be open, mouth closed, with a white sheet behind the child without holding any toys or bottles. Size and specification of photograph remains same as an adult.
  6. Proof of travel arrangements (e.g., round-trip flight tickets). Return/onward ticket: You may be required to provide proof of a return or onward ticket from Vietnam to your next destination.
  7. Accommodation Details: Having proof of accommodation such as hotel reservations or an invitation letter from a host in Vietnam can be beneficial.
  8. Proof of travel insurance for your complete stay in Vietnam
  9. Visa Processing Fee: There is a visa processing fee applicable for the tourist visa application. The fee may vary depending on the type of visa and the mode of application.
  10. Visa Approval Letter (For Visa on Arrival): For most Indian citizens, obtaining a visa approval letter in advance is necessary. This letter is issued by the Vietnamese Immigration Department and allows you to collect your visa on arrival at one of the international airports in Vietnam.
  11. Visa Stamping Fee (For Visa on Arrival): You will need to pay a stamping fee in cash upon arrival at the airport. The fee may vary depending on the type of visa you apply for and the length of your stay.
