Business Visa

  1. Completely filled Visa Application form for Indian citizens traveling to France for tourism/travel purposes
  2. Valid Passport with a minimum validity of six months beyond the intended period of stay in South Korea.
  3. All passports including the old passports.
  4. Two copies of recent colored passport-sized photograph not older than three months (Size: 45mm by 35mm) Close up of your head and top of your shoulders so that your face takes up 80% of the photograph in sharp focus, without expressions, with white background without any patterns, with open eyes, without glasses / mask / cap / hat / scarf and with visible ears and properly tied hairs and printed on mate finish paper. The photographs has to be carried on the day of appointment and a soft copy of the same is required at the time of filling the form.
  5. A proper formal invitation is required from Chinese company on their letter head addressing to the “Embassy of South Korea” and the city name from which you are applying (e.g. New Delhi). The signature at the bottom of the page should carry his/her office address, contact number and official email id. Signed and stamped.
  6. Three years complete income tax return with computation, acknowledgement from income tax department (ITR V).
  7. For a self employed indivisuals / business owners three years complete income tax return of your business with computation, acknowledgement from income tax department (ITR V).
  8. Income proof e.g. salary slips of last consecutive 3 months signed and stamped for employee.
  9. For a self employed indivisuals / business owners the GST Certificates (all 3 pages) of your business are required.
  10. Last consecutive six months bank statement of all your accounts with signed and stamped by the banker on each page not older than seven days to demonstrate sufficient funds to cover your stay in South Korea. It is advisable to have sufficient funds to cover your expenses during your stay in South Korea. While there is no fixed amount mentioned, it is generally recommended to have a reasonable sum to cover accommodation, meals, transportation, and any other planned activities.
  11. In case of self employed indivisual / business owners the current account statement is also needed along with personal banking of last consecutive six months bank statement of all your accounts with signed and stamped by the banker on each page not older than seven days to demonstrate sufficient funds to cover your stay in South Korea.
  12. Proof of travel arrangements (e.g., round-trip flight tickets). Return/onward ticket: You may be required to provide proof of a return or onward ticket from South Korea to your next destination.
  13. Proof of accommodation in South Korea (e.g., hotel reservation).
  14. Covering Letter on the plain A4 size paper, addressed to The South Korea, New Delhi mentioning the. Details of all applicants with name, passport number, purpose and duration of visit, expenses clause and to be signed by the applicant.
  15. In case of self employed or business owners, covering Letter on the business letterhead, Addressed to The Embassy of South Korea, New Delhi mentioning the. Details of all applicants with name, passport number, purpose and duration of visit, expenses clause and to be stamped and signed by the business person.
  16. In case of self employed or business owners, the GST Certificate of your business with all 3 pages along with business registration proof.
  17. NOC from the employer in case of employee.
  18. Email ID / Contact number of applicant, current residing address if not same as the passport.
  19. Visa Processing Fee: There is a visa processing fee applicable for the visa application. The fee may vary depending on the type of visa and the mode of application. The visa fee has to be paid by the clients directly on the day of scheduled appointment day.
