Tourist Visa

  1. Completely filled Visa Application form for Indian citizens traveling to Singapore for tourism purposes
  2. Valid Passport with a minimum validity of six months beyond the intended period of stay in Singapore.
  3. Income proof e.g. salary slips of last consecutive 3 months for employee and in case of business owners the GST Certificate of your business with all 3 pages along with business registration proof.
  4. For a self employed indivisuals / business owners the GST Certificates (all 3 pages) of your business are required.
  5. Last consecutive six months bank statement of all your accounts with signed and stamped by the banker on each page not older than seven days to demonstrate sufficient funds to cover your stay in Singapore. It is advisable to have sufficient funds to cover your expenses during your stay in Singapore. While there is no fixed amount mentioned, it is generally recommended to have a reasonable sum to cover accommodation, meals, transportation, and any other planned activities.
  6. In case of business visa or tourist visa for a self employed indivisual the current account statement is also needed along with personal banking of last consecutive six months bank statement of all your accounts with signed and stamped by the banker on each page not older than seven days to demonstrate sufficient funds to cover your stay in Singapore
  7. Two copies of recent colored passport-sized photograph not older than three months (Size: 45mm by 35mm) Close up of your head and top of your shoulders so that your face takes up 80% of the photograph in sharp focus, without expressions, with white background without any patterns, with open eyes, without glasses / mask / cap / hat / scarf and with visible ears and properly tied hairs and printed on mate finish paper.
  8. In case of Infant or child the eyes must be open, mouth closed, with a white sheet behind the child without holding any toys or bottles. Size and specification of photograph remains same as an adult.
  9. Proof of travel arrangements (e.g., round-trip flight tickets). Return/onward ticket: You may be required to provide proof of a return or onward ticket from Singapore to your next destination.
  10. Proof of accommodation in Singapore (e.g., hotel reservation)
  11. Travel itinerary or a letter explaining the purpose of your visit
  12. Proof of travel insurance (optional, but recommended)

Business Visa

  2. Valid Passport with a minimum validity of six months beyond the intended period of stay in Singapore with few blank pages for stamping purpose.
  3. Income proof e.g. salary slips of last consecutive 3 months for employee and the GST Certificate of employer with all 3 pages along with business registration proof.
  4. In case of business visa for a self employed indivisual the GST Certificates (all 3 pages) of your business are required along with business registration proof.
  5. Form 39 is required from a Singapore counter part in case of appliying for a business VISA.
  6. Last consecutive six months bank statement of all your accounts with signed and stamped by the banker on each page not older than seven days to demonstrate sufficient funds to cover your stay in Singapore.
